Each of the services described below are arranged on a 100% contingency basis. This means there is no cost to the client if a qualified individual is not recruited and successfully placed in the client company. So if we can’t find the right fit, there is NO COST to the client

The first service offered is contract or consultant services. In this scenario the client only needs a certain skill or knowledge base for a limited time, usually for a particular project

The second service offered is direct placement. In this scenario, Spartan would search for, recruit, and place the individual directly as an employee of the client company.

The final service scenario is referred to as Contract to Hire. In this instance the candidate is first brought on board as a contractor, with the circumstances the same as described in the consultant situation above.
